Power output of Hevel’s solar plants at 29.4 mln kWh in Jan–Mar

MOSCOW, Apr 17 (PRIME) -- The power production of solar power plants of Russia’s Hevel, a joint venture of multi-industry holding Renova Group and state nanotechnology company Rusnano, amounted to 29.4 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) in January–March, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

As of the end of March, the company operated 12 solar power plants with a combined installed capacity of 129 megawatt at the wholesale power market. The combined output of all Russian solar power plants amounted to 177.5 million kWh in the period, an equivalent of consumption of 53 million cubic meters of natural gas by power plants.
